Control & ResidualProStar® is the only fungicide that controls fairy ring and brown patch—plus six more common turf diseases. Its systemic mode of action prevents both normal fungal growth and the penetration of host tissue following infection. Plus, ProStar lasts two to three times longer than contact fungicides. Long residual provides 14 to 21 days of protection against brown patch, and 21 to 28 days for other diseases. Locally systemic, it is also an ideal foundation for tank mixing and provides excellent preventative and curative activity for fairy ring.
Turf Quality
ProStar is safe for fine turfgrasses, including red and tall fescue, bermudagrass, creeping bentgrass, St. Augustinegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, tall fescue, perennial ryegrass and zoysiagrass.
