The Premise Guarantee

If Premise® Insecticide fails to stop termites at any time within seven years of initial treatment, we will gladly reimburse you for the product and labor costs necessary for a re-treatment provided that all terms and conditions of this offer have been met. These costs are reimbursable at 100% of the job-treatment price subject to a maximum amount of $1,000 for residential and $5,000 for commercial structures.
Although the Premise Guarantee does not cover against damage claims, Bayer will assist PMPs by reimbursing 50% of a PMP's damage claim insurance deductible up to $500 per structure for qualified jobs. Post-construction and pre-construction jobs are eligible provided that all terms and conditions required to qualify are followed. Terms and conditions may be amended or modified from time to time by Bayer.

Premise Guarantee Qualifications

• The Premise Guarantee is valid only for structures receiving an initial full treatment* of Premise and is not valid with partial treatments.
• Premise must be used and applied at label rates. Always read and follow label directions.
• The Premise Guarantee is valid only for qualified initial treatments to structures beginning Jan. 1, 2001. — Participants must register the structure on PremiseGuarantee.com within 45 days of initial treatment, providing treatment site address,property type, treatment date, linear feet,treatment rate, gallons of dilution applied and treatment type.
• Inspections must be conducted on an annual basis. Records for the structure must be maintained for the duration of the Premise Guarantee.
• Prior to applying Premise, inspect the entire structure and prepare a sketch indicating evidence, if any, of termites and condition of the termite damage. The sketch document should include the application date, and the rate of Premise used and how applied.
• Retreats must be conducted using Premise and completed within 90 days of detecting reinfestation. Settlement Claims — Limit One Claim per Registered Structure. Premise Guarantee settlement claims will be made within these limits:
• Premise must be used for all initial treatments and retreatments.
• Retreats must be conducted using Premise and completed within 90 days of reinfestation. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of retreatment to receive settlement for your chemical and labor cost and insurance deductible.
• Pest management professionals must follow label directions at all times. Should a pest management professional apply Premise contradictory to label directions, Bayer Environmental Science may terminate all eligibility in the Premise Guarantee, thereby voiding all Premise Guarantee registered structures.
• All claims are to be made at PremiseGuarantee.com
• Reimbursement will be up to 100% of homeowner retreatment product and labor cost, up to a maximum of$1,000 for residential accounts.
• Reimbursement will be up to 100% of commercial retreatment product and labor cost, up to a maximum of$5,000 for commercial accounts.
• Reimbursement will be up to 50% of PMP's insurance deductible for damage claims, with a maximum of$500 per structure.
• Structural damage is not covered by the Premise Guarantee.
• Claims may include reimbursement of both retreatment product/labor costs and PMP insurance deductible for damage claims as described above.
• Bayer Environmental Science reserves the right to review all treatment records.
• Claims are paid with check or product as selected by participant.
• Bayer Environmental Science reserves the right to modify or terminate the Premise Guarantee at any time.

* Full treatment: Each Premise product label describes a full treatment of Premise Insecticide along with the proper dilution rates to be used in order to qualify for the Premise Guarantee. Always read and follow label directions. A full treatment is a complete, continuous zone around the outside perimeter of a structure through trenching or trenching and rodding, and interior applications, where required, and otherwise in accordance with the product label and applicable law. Interior applications are required by law under given sections described in the product label. Regulations pertaining to full termite treatments may vary for each state.
