Rapid, Reliable, and Ready-to-Use

PERMANONEŽ Mosquito Adulticide is the mainstay of the mosquito control section of many public health programs. It uses the pyrethroid permethrin as an active ingredient, along with the proven synergist PBO.

Together, these ingredients provide rapid, reliable knockdown and kill of all mosquito species, plus midges, blackflies, stable flies, horse flies and deer flies. Permanone is also effective against organophosphate-resistant mosquitoes. Laboratory and field trials have shown Permanone to be at least twice as effective as OP adulticides against such troublesome species as Aedes taeniorhynchus, Aedes albopictus, Anopheles quadrimaculatus, and Culex spp.

Permanone is applied with a light mineral oil, soybean oil or other suitable oil-based carrier. It is available as a concentrate (Permanone 31-66 and Permanone 30-30) or as a ready to use. Both products are approved for use as ground-based sprays; in addition, Permanone 31-66 and Permanone 30-30 can be applied aerially.
